Visit Team → enter email + role.
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Tenant admin | Everything: billing, plans, invites, widget keys |
| Location manager | Reviews, replies, campaigns, widgets — for their assigned locations |
| Agent | Reviews + replies only |
| Reporter | Read-only — dashboard + reports |
Invitations expire in 7 days. The invitee signs in via the normal Authyo flow — we auto-join them to your workspace at the role you picked.
