How billing works
- Postpaid from signup. No trial, no card needed. Use everything from day one — pay for what you used at the end of the month.
- One invoice per month. At 00:01 UTC on the 1st, we close the prior calendar month, sum your usage by meter, and issue a single USD invoice via AccountJalpi.
- Pay within 7 days. Click the payment link in the invoice email. Your workspace stays fully active during the 7-day grace window.
- Past 7 days, workspace pauses. Admin can still sign in to pay; other roles get a friendly "ask your admin" screen. Paying instantly reactivates the workspace.

Do you have a free trial?
No trial — you go straight onto postpaid the moment you sign up. There's nothing to start, nothing to convert. If you use $0 of metered actions in a month, you owe $0.
What if I don't use the workspace one month?
You get a $0 invoice (we still close the month so the audit trail is clean). Nothing is charged. The next month you can ramp up again — no reactivation needed.
Can I be billed in INR or any other currency?
No — invoices are issued in USD only. You can pay from any country using the AccountJalpi payment link; your bank handles the FX. If you need a local-currency contract for procurement reasons, talk to our team.
What happens if I don't pay an invoice?
You have a 7-day grace window from the 1st of the month. Inside that window everything works normally. On day 8, the workspace is paused: workspace admins can still sign in to pay, but other teammates see a "workspace paused" screen. Paying any time reactivates it instantly.
Is there a minimum spend or setup fee?
Neither. No minimum, no setup, no annual commitment. The smallest possible bill is $0 (a month with no activity).
Can I see rates before I sign up?
You're looking at them. The rate card above is the live plan_meters table. Anything that changes is announced in advance and only applies to future months — bills already issued always use the rate that was active at the time.
