Terms of service

These terms govern your use of ReviewJalpi (the "Service") operated by Konceptwise Digital Media Pvt. Ltd. (India) and Konceptwise Inc. (USA), together referred to as "we", "us", or "ReviewJalpi". By signing up, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
ReviewJalpi is a review-management SaaS. We aggregate reviews from third-party platforms you connect (Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and others), let you reply to them, and provide widgets, reports and notifications.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe, for everything that happens under your account, and for the actions of teammates you invite.
Each workspace is owned by the user who created it. They can invite teammates and assign roles (admin / location_manager / agent / reporter). Admins can transfer ownership at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ReviewJalpi to publish, fabricate, or solicit fake reviews on any platform.
- Use ReviewJalpi to incentivize, gate, or manipulate review collection in ways that violate the rules of the underlying review platform (e.g. Google's review policies, FTC endorsement guidelines).
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the API or widget surface.
- Resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement.
- Send spam, harassment, or unlawful content via the request-campaign tools.
Breaking these rules is grounds for immediate workspace suspension without refund.
4. Pricing and billing
ReviewJalpi is postpaid, usage-based, USD-only. You're billed on the 1st of each calendar month for the prior month's actual usage. Rates are listed at /pricing and shown live on your billing page. We may change rates with at least 30 days notice; price changes apply only to future usage, never to bills already issued.
Invoices are issued in USD via our parent platform AccountJalpi (account.jalpi.com). You have 7 days grace from invoice date to pay. After that the workspace is paused until payment lands. Paying any time instantly reactivates the workspace.
5. Your data, your content
You own everything you put into ReviewJalpi — reviews you collect, replies you write, customer contact lists you upload, brand assets you set. We act only as a processor on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.
You grant us the limited rights needed to deliver the Service: storing your data on our infrastructure, forwarding your replies to the review platforms you connected, sending notifications you've opted into, anonymized aggregation for our own product analytics.
6. Third-party platforms
ReviewJalpi connects to third-party services (Google Business Profile, Facebook Pages, Trustpilot, etc.). We are not affiliated with these platforms. Their availability, accuracy, and policy are out of our control. If a platform changes its API or restricts access, we will work to adapt, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to data from any third party.
7. Availability and SLA
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the application and widget rendering. There is no formal SLA credit for downtime at standard tiers — we operate in good faith and publish incidents on our status page when they occur. If you need a contractual uptime SLA for an enterprise tier, please contact sales.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel any time by deleting your workspace from Settings. Cancellation is effective immediately; you remain liable for usage charges accrued in the current month up to the cancellation date, which will be invoiced on the normal cycle.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your workspace if: you violate these terms; payment is more than 30 days overdue; legally required to do so; or there's clear evidence of fraud, abuse, or risk to the platform or other users. Where possible we'll notify you first and give a reasonable window to cure the issue.
10. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all defects will be corrected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReviewJalpi and its affiliates from any third-party claim arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these terms, including misuse of customer contact data or violation of third-party platform policies.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India (for customers contracting with Konceptwise Digital Media Pvt. Ltd.) or the State of Texas, USA (for customers contracting with Konceptwise Inc.), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, India, or Travis County, Texas, respectively.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and laws evolve. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email to every workspace admin at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
