Managing listings & publishing Google Posts
Keep your business info accurate and consistent across Google and other directories, plus compose and publish Google Business Profile posts to showcase your business to customers.
This feature requires a connected Google account. If you haven't set up Google yet, go to Review sources to connect via OAuth first.
Managing Your Listings
Go to Listings to see a dashboard showing how your business name, address, phone, and hours (NAP) sync across Google, Bing, Facebook, Yelp, and other major directories.
Click a location to drill into its details. You'll see a card for each directory showing whether the listing is in sync, drifting (mismatched), or not connected.
If fields are drifting, click the Sync button to pull the latest state from the directory so you see exactly what's different.
Keep one canonical record: click Edit to update your business name, address, phone, hours, website, and description. ReviewJalpi will push your changes across all connected directories so everything stays consistent automatically.
Some directories don't support automatic pushes — the app will tell you to edit them manually using their own dashboards.
Tip: If a location has multiple listings in Google (e.g., two GBP profiles for the same address), add both as separate locations in ReviewJalpi so you can manage them independently.
Publishing Google Business Profile Posts
Go to Google Posts to see your draft, scheduled, and published posts.
Click New Post to compose. Choose a post type: Update (news/announcement), Event (date/time required), Offer (special promotion), or Product (showcase an item).
Write your message, optionally add a photo, and add a call-to-action button (e.g., "Book now" or "Learn more") with a link. Events and Offers require a title.
Pick one or more locations to publish this post to — ReviewJalpi will create a separate post for each location you choose.
Save as Draft to keep editing, or set a Scheduled time to publish automatically. Click Publish now on any draft to post immediately.
Published posts appear on your Google Business Profile within a minute. You can duplicate any post to reuse the content for a new post, but you cannot edit published posts — Google's rules require you to delete and republish.
Tip: Schedule posts in advance for consistent engagement. ReviewJalpi syncs views, clicks, and phone calls from Google so you can see which posts are driving customer action.
